Open-air type arrangement
The boiler consists a membrane walled combustion chamber, 3 sets of air-cooled cyclone separator, a rear part vertical shaft and pipe type air pre-heater with double inlets and outlets.
Inside the combustion chamber, panel type heating surface, 9 pieces of membrane type super-heater, 6 pieces of membrane type re-heater and 2 pieces of water-cooled evaporating panel are installed. The boiler adopts boiler front side coal-feeding mode. A total of 8 sets of coal-feeding devices are provided at the front wall of the boiler. At the rear wall, 6 feed back points are provided. In addition to that, 6 limestone-feeding ports are also provided at the front wall of the boiler, which are evenly arranged in cross direction on the tapered section at the lower part of the water-cooled wall of the front part wall. The bottom part of the combustion chamber is a water-cooled air chamber made of water screen tube. 2 sets of under-bed air conduit igniters are installed on both sides of the water-cooled air chamber. The burner is provided with high capacity igniting devices.
3 sets of cyclone separators are arranged between the combustion chamber and the rear part vertical shaft, and at the lower part of each separator, one set of feed back device is installed. The rear part is divided by the wrapping wall, forming into double-flue structure at the depth direction of the boiler. Low temperature re-heater is provided at the front flue, and at the rear flue, high temperature super-heater and low temperature super-heater are provided from top to bottom, the front and rear flue are jointed into one flue, in which screw shape extended surface tube type of coal economizer is provided.
Air pre-heater is of pipe type. In the super-heater system, 2-stage direct-contact desuperheater is provided. The re-heater is provided with emergency direct contact desuperheater and spray desuperheater are installed.
The whole body of the boiler is arranged symmetrically at the left and right side, suspended on the steel frame of the boiler.
Lgnition mode: lgnited with air conduits at both sides (4 sets of under-bed oil gun). Lgnition and combustion supporting adopt 0#diesel fuel.
The boiler adopts balanced air ventilation, with the pressure balancing point locates at the outlet of combustion chamber (the inlet of cyclone separator).
