The series hydraulic product for grate cooler is specially designed for cement production line.

CRUN R&D the fourth generation grate cooler hydraulic system to achieve stepless speed regulation. The system runs more stationary and the fuction is more reliable.

1. USEING:

The hydraulic product provides power for cement line grate cooler to make grate bed to do variable speed and reciprocating movement.

2. STRUCTURE PRINCIPLE:

The hydraulic system including oil tank device, oil pump device, control valves, circulating cooling device, piping, electrical control, and etc.

1) Oil tank device: a closed weld structure; setting air filter, liquid level indicator alarm, temperature controller, electric heater components and etc. on oil tank.

2) Oil pump device and control valves: pressure valves and direction valves to adjust and control pressure and flow direction of oil.

3) Circulating cooling device: to ensure purity of oil, normal work oil temperature and oil replacement regularly, we set vane wheel device, tube type cooler, circulation filter, cooling circuit and adding & expulsion oil etc. Cooling circuit consist electric valves, water filters, ball valves and other components. Electric valves and temperature controller are interlocked.

4) Electrical control: Hydraulic product is controlled by the main operation box or CRT. Functions as following:

Operation position selection (operation box or operation room),

Motor start & stop and main valves open & close (for commissioning and maintenance)

Alarm signal (oil level, oil temperature, oil pressure, filter clogging etc) display alarming

Accident emergency parking

Hydraulic control is achieved by PLC control system

3 STRUCTURE FEATURES:

1) The hydraulic product adopts remote control constant-pressure variable pump.

Three pumps work and one is for spare to ensure the normal operation..

2) The hydraulic product adopts proportional directional valve to control grate bed movement direction and speed directly by means of multimedia control signal.

3) The circulation cooling device ensures temperature and cleanliness of hydraulic oil.

4) Circulation pump adopts vane-type to ensure small noise and reliable operation.

5) The formed length of hydraulic cylinder is adjusted by adjusting sensor block position on travel switch.

6) Advanced processing technology and cleaning technology ensure valve’s cleanliness to achieve higher stability and safety.

7) The main components selected are reliable operation for a long-term in field of cement hydraulic system.
